First let s align our thoughts and consider that vaping is a harm reduction approach to smoking, a healthier alternative.

This means that we already understand that vaping is not as harmful as smoking and also opposes health risks which are considerably less than smoking. So a smoker who converts to vaping has some health benefits. The big question is: How much is this benefit? Is it worth the trouble for a smoker to convert his habit?
